How do I confirm my booking?

Please call us 24 hours before your tour departure time to confirm your booking.

When you book with us online, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This can be printed or presented to us from your phone when you arrive.

Tour departure location and contact details are included in your email confirmation.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

All tours are subject to weather. In the event of inclement weather (e.g. storms or high winds), we will try to contact you via the information provided. You can also call us to confirm your reservation.

What if I'm late for the scheduled tour start time?

Please arrive on or before your scheduled tour start time. If you are late, the length of your tour cannot be extended past the scheduled finish time due to other tour bookings. If you wish to change your booking time, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance of your tour by contacting us via telephone Alex on 0425 709 911 or email

What are your hours of operation?

All tours run from Thursday to Monday, from 1pm to 9pm.

Where is the Pick-up location for A Classic Carriage tours in Melbourne?

Tours depart from and finish at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street Station, or at a location of your choice for an additional fee.

How many people can your carriages carry?

All our carriages accommodate up to six people comfortably.

Do you provide commentary on your tours?

Commentary is not included in our tours, but we are more than happy to answer any questions as we journey through the city.

Booking Information

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
